Refund Policy
This page explains the refund approach for digital downloads and eBook products.
Digital Download Nature
Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
Eligible Cases
A refund or replacement may be considered if there is a duplicate purchase, incorrect file delivery, corrupted file, or a technical issue that prevents access after reasonable support attempts.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds are normally not provided for change of mind after successful digital delivery, accidental purchase after download, or failure to read the product description before purchase.
Support First
If a file does not open or a download link fails, contact support first so the issue can be resolved or a replacement link can be provided.
Payhip Flow
Final refund handling may depend on Payhip transaction records and payment processor rules.
