This page explains how digital delivery works for PDF editions, eBooks, bundles, and free journal downloads.

Instant Digital Delivery
After checkout, customers should receive access to the purchased digital product through Payhip checkout confirmation, email delivery, or a secure download page.
Available Formats
Products may include PDF, EPUB, eBook files, bundle files, or companion resources. The exact format should be shown on the product page or inside Payhip before purchase.
No Physical Shipping
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, all products are digital. No printed book, package, or physical shipment will be sent.
Email Delivery Tips
If you do not see your delivery email, check spam, promotions, updates, or junk folders. Also confirm that the email entered at checkout was typed correctly.
Access Problems
If a link expires, a file will not download, or you cannot locate the purchase email, contact support with the purchase email and product name so we can help locate the order.
