Instant Delivery
After purchase through Payhip, customers should receive access to the digital file or download page automatically by email or checkout confirmation.
Formats
Products may include PDF, EPUB, or bundle files. Exact formats should be listed clearly on each product detail page before checkout.
No Physical Shipping
Unless clearly stated, all products are digital and no physical book is shipped.
Download Issues
If a customer does not receive the email or cannot access the file, they should check spam/promotions folders and then contact support with the purchase email.
File Access
Download access may be subject to Payhip settings, including download limits or security settings configured for each product.
